Join us for a refreshing and thought-provoking look at the hot debate - Should old buildings stay, or go.
Set in the Old Parliament House, this roving and interactive performance encourages you to think about these questions. Characters from the past, present and the future will come alive right before your eyes as you roam around the Old Parliament House.
Expect a tour of the Old Parliament House upon your arrival and a fun time as you take on the role of a Planning Executive in Singapore's new Ministry of Conservation. Your task is to design a list of rules and regulations for conserving old buildings. From coolies to hoteliers, the characters you meet in the corridors of the Old Parliament House will give you an insight into their lives and their thoughts about conserving or destroying an old building.
Through this experience, you will be encouraged to think about Singapore's history, your own culture, Singapore's future and the part that everyone has to play in shaping it.
