Yo class,

have anyone put on weight after the sumptuous on Friday. I hope no one did, except for Isaac whom all of us wants to see some progress in his weight meter.

Mr Ronald thank the class for the great evening and the lovely card made by Daniel and all of the thoughts written inside. He also thank the class for the present.

I hope everyone did enjoy themselves.

The following are some photos taken using Delene's camera and my phone.

Lastly, i would like to listen feedbacks from the class so that we could make the next class outing a more pleasant one.

Enjoy your holidays !

HELLO! Take a look at this!

What is YOUR culture? What is YOUR heritage? Is there culture and heritage in old buildings?

Join us for a refreshing and thought-provoking look at the hot debate - Should old buildings stay, or go.

Set in the Old Parliament House, this roving and interactive performance encourages you to think about these questions. Characters from the past, present and the future will come alive right before your eyes as you roam around the Old Parliament House.

Expect a tour of the Old Parliament House upon your arrival and a fun time as you take on the role of a Planning Executive in Singapore's new Ministry of Conservation. Your task is to design a list of rules and regulations for conserving old buildings. From coolies to hoteliers, the characters you meet in the corridors of the Old Parliament House will give you an insight into their lives and their thoughts about conserving or destroying an old building.

Through this experience, you will be encouraged to think about Singapore's history, your own culture, Singapore's future and the part that everyone has to play in shaping it.

Ready to play a part and spend a few hours thinking about our heritage, our old buildings?

Join us at 'Pieces of Me':

Date: 9 Sep 2008 (Tue)
Time: 9.00am OR 12.00 noon (please select one time slot*)
Venue: The Old Parliament (Arts House) - one-way transport provided fromSP (pick up point: outside Convention Centre)

For those who are interesetd in the ITP at Universal Studios, please revert to Mr Conrad as soon as possible.

Another job opportunity during F1 period.

STB would like to discuss the possibility of woking with SP on recruiting F1 service ambassadors (preferably in the tourism/hospitality management). Their role would be to provide key F1 and tourist product information for visitors during the F1 period. They would probably be stationed at key tourist touch points such as Orchard/ Marina belt, Clark Quay and Boat Quay etc. We would also like to check on the no of students under the hospitality or tourism management in your poly.

If those who are interested, revert to Mr Conrad as soon as possible as well. If you are interested, let me know so i can email you a sample schedule.

For those who are interested in ITP at China, please let me know by Wednesday, 9pm.
