I know some of you might be taken aback by the meeting on Thursday. It just something no one will expect it to happen. Whatever it is, i just hope everyone will work together as a class to make things better. I understand some of you may be upset with the new groupings but we just can't possibly please everyone. If there are really any violent objections, please do approach Daniel or me, and we promise to try to solve the problem and fight for your rights.

Besides that, i would also like to talk about our class outing which will be subsidise by the school @ $7.50 per person as well as outings that we organise ourselves to bond the class.

Agnes, to my delight, has suggested going to Moberly for singing session. I am getting super excited just by thinking about it. It's like so cool with the whole class singing together. Please be rest assured that i will try my very best to control myself for holding to the microphone for too long. You guys must have faith in me, alright? It will definitely be a great opportunity for the class to sing and bond together. If there are no objections, i suggest we go either on Monday or Wednesday when we end lessons early. Please do give me feedbacks, alright?

Next, is the class outing that will be subsidise by the school. I have received several suggestions like going to ice-skating which i have already checked up the price. Student rate @ $11.80 per person on Wednesday for unlimited hours of skating and free rental of skating equipments @ Jurong Entertainment Centre.

Another suggestion will be going to Mind cafe or Settler (i hope i spelled correctly) for games session. Some of our classmates have been to Mind Cafe before and find it fun.

Or a simpler one will be watching a movie and then having a nice dinner.

The final decision will lies with the majority so i will need to know all of your opinions as soon as possible.

Hey guys, as everyone is probably facing some financial crisis and sick of receiving photocopied stuff, I've scanned the answer sheet for FMAH Tutorial 1's P&L and B/S.

Yo man, what's up!

I am back to update about boring administrative stuff so just bear with me for a while, alright?

Firstly, please remember to bring $10 next week for class fund. For those who have not paid this week, you will have to pay $20 next Monday. I know everyone is facing a major financial crisis now but i promise that it is only for this month that we have to pay so much. The money are mainly used for printing of notes. After this month, we will be back to our usual $4 per month. Hence, just bear with it till the end of this month.

Secondly, the donation card. The minimum target for the donation card will be $10 per person. It is not compulsory but i really hope that everyone could at least make some effort to raise as much as you can. I will need the cards back by the 2nd of May together with the money you've raised. If you lost the card, please inform me immediately as I will have to make a police report immediately. Hence, to avoid all the hassle, please take good care of your cards.

Thirdly, I would appreciate if everyone will send me a message if you are not coming for lectures or are going to be late but will still be coming so it will be much more easier when i mark attendance.

Lastly, i hope everyone will take the effort to check our class blog now and then. Let's not waste Alicia's effort of creating such a nice blog for our class. I will be posting reminders and announcements now and then so just look up for updates.

Okay just a random post.

Yo class, first week of school has flown by quite fast huh. Hope you pretty girls and handsome guys are enjoying school up till now.

Anyway, i have some reminders about the cancellation of lectures that i am going to post here as reminders.

Tomorrow's Tourist Behavior and Research (TBR) is cancelled.

On Friday (18/04/08) , Financial & Management Accounting for Hospitality (FMAH) tutorial is cancelled.

For next Tuesday (22/04/08) ,Financial & Management Accounting for Hospitality (FMAH) lecture will commence 15 minutes earlier at 0845. Please try your best to come on time to avoid missing important points that will be taught.

Gentle reminder to all to be punctual on Friday for Ms Chen Yen Yin's tutorial as all of you should know how strict she is in taking attendance. If you do not wish to be marked absent, please take the effort to come early. Besides that, please be dressed in the correct attire as i don't think anyone wants to get a fine on the first day of school, right?
